We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Verdaleaf. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@verdaleaf.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
